However, return of the product delivered is not possible without legitimate reasons (*) because of the nature of the product, reimbursement is unfortunately not possible.

Refunds not processed

Refunds will not be processed if:

*If the item purchased does not arrive due to customer providing the wrong address for delivery
*If there was misuse of the products, and instructions given for consumption were not followed
*If the product returned is not in the same conditions that were sent to the customer, and is in this condition due to customer actions.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
