At ShopKratomSupplement, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a choice of a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact us via email or through our contact form. Our team will be happy to assist you with the process. All refunds and exchanges are subject to review and are provided at the discretion of ShopKratomSupplement.

You will be responsible for shipping the package back to us. We will provide a return label for your convenience. The package does not need to be unopened to be eligible for a refund. Once we receive the returned package, a refund will be issued to you promptly.
